I'm a freelancer, if you need to help with your project, I'm your man. I'm currently based at London, UK, but I'm open to work anywhere at the world. Or in the space if you wish to and if you will pay the expenses :)
I have more than 5 years experience in IT, I know very well Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Git, TDD/BDD, NoSQL and Linux administration. I have also long term experience with agile development. Personally I prefer kanban, but SCRUM or any other agile system is fine too.

My notable OSS projects & contributions
I have patches in RubyGems, rSpec, Merb, DataObjects, Racksh and other well-known projects. I'm author of the Rango framework, the only Ruby framework with powerful template inheritance. Rango is simple, powerful & entirely ready for Ruby 1.9.
Pupu is a unique package system for assets. Are you sick of setting up new projects? Downloading jQuery, Blueprint CSS and so forth over and over? pupu install jquery is the ultimate answer!
Before Heroku came with their git-based deployment, I already had my Git-Deployer which does the same thing, but you can use it on any server, it's configurable and you can use it for deployment of any kind of application, regardless of used framework or language.
My other interesting projects are Minitest.js, simple & intuitive JavaScript BDD framework for asynchronous code, Formidable, flexible and well-designed form builder for these who are tired of stupid helpers which is pain in the ass to work with, and finally Nake, my replacement of Rake which do more and sucks less.
